- Learn about Tender self-compassion by being with yourself fully
- Practice Fierce self-compassion by protecting, providing for and motivating yourself in the world with others
- Experience Nurturing compassion for others as you connect in the group
Join us for this bi-weekly gathering to strengthen the practice of mindfulness and compassion for self and others. Each session begins with a guided meditation of approximately 20 minutes given by the leader, followed by a time of circle participants sharing and supporting one another. Sessions are 90 minutes long.
Day and time: Saturdays from 8:30-10:00 am every other week, Jan 8, 2022-April 16, 2022
