Calm in Every Storm: Resolve to be Spiritually Resilient in 2023

This workshop is presented at no charge as part of Thrive’s 2023 Flourishing Discipleship series.

Are you stressed? Tired? Feel like bad things will never stop happening? Make 2023 your year to regain your hope, energy and purpose. In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll gain strength and strategies for staying resilient through the storms of life. We’ll be drawing forth reassurance, realistic optimism, meaning, and perspective as we are refreshed by connecting with others. Give us two hours and we’ll give you a flourishing 2023!

Weekly Care Group

Reflect with an opening time of quiet
Share your challenges and victories
Receive Compassion from others

Join us for this weekly gathering to support and care for one another. Each week begins with a 3 minute time of silent reflection, followed by a time of circle participants sharing and supporting one another. We’ll end with a meditative closing. Sessions are 60 minutes long.

Truth in Love 8-Week Group for Women

  • Practice Fierce self-compassion by protecting, providing for and motivating yourself in the world with others
  • Experience Nurturing compassion for others as you deepen significant relationships through respectful truth-telling
  • Learn about Tender self-compassion by being with yourself fully
Join us for this weekly gathering to strengthen the practice of mindful compassion through greater knowing of yourself, and clear speaking of the truth in love with others. Each session begins with a brief compassion meditation, followed by a time of circle participants sharing and supporting one another. Sessions are 90 minutes long.

The way out of our cage begins with accepting absolutely everything about ourselves and our lives, by embracing with care our moment-to moment experience.
